Referral Process
Participants are referred into Steps2work by two main channels:
- The Employability Assistance for People with Disabilities (EAPD) program: referred by a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counsellor.
- Community Mental Health: referred by a Community Mental Health worker within a Regional Health Authority.
You can email Leslie Hutton (Program Supervisor) at leslie.hutton@steps2work.ca with all referral inquiries.
Please include in your email:
- A written request for the Steps2work referral form. This is the form required for new and re-referring participants.
- Some dates and times you and the potential participant are available to meet.
