Info Meeting & Orientation to steps2work
An Info meeting is set up with the potential participant, referring party, and steps2work Program Supervisor. At this meeting, a discussion will encompass programing expectations, future goals and at which time eligibility for steps2work programming is assessed. Upon acceptance to steps2work, the assigned ETS will provide participants with an orientation of services as well as health and safety protocol, expectations of the program, then offer a tour of office. The assigned ETS will assist participants by providing vocational evaluations, assessments, community-based work experiences, supported job searches, and support during the transition to successful employment.
